Selection Systems

Many companies rely on generalized "off-the-shelf" competency assessments and "conversational-based" unstructured employment interviews. This type of process allows too much emphasis on the opinions of the interviewer. Accurate and consistent assessments are vital to selecting the right candidates.

Avesta provides its clients with validated "job-specific" Competency Assessments. Our assessments are developed by our team of I-O Psychologists. Each is administered and scored online.

Next, we supply job-specific Structured Interviews that insure each interview stays on track, is scored consistently and completely integrates with the competency assessment. The Structured Interview also provides the interviewer or panel with a source of astute probing questions. Avesta's selection process insures each candidate is tested, interviewed, measured and scored consistently.
